Week 013 — End of Year, Work in Progress

The year ended with the subscribe flow mostly done and a natural break in momentum.

Progress

The new user story from the past few weeks — visitor lands, sees what srchParty is, decides to subscribe — was in its last stretch. The subscribe button logic for logged-out users was close: detect login state, route through sign-in with a session variable tracking where to return afterward, then redirect to the subscription page on completion. The success page for post-subscription confirmation was sketched out.

The full flow wasn't quite finished yet, but it was close enough to feel like it.

Next Week

The holidays, as it turned out. Work on the project picked back up in late January.
